AS Vita Club arrived in Casablanca, Morocco, on Monday morning. The DR Congo giants will play in 6 days against Raja Casablanca at the Stade Mohammed V in the first leg of the finals of the CAF Confederation Cup.

The Congolese delegation is composed of 33 people including 21 players.

Coach Florent Ibenge joined the team from Brazzaville just after managing the national team, the Leopards, to a 1-1 draw against Congo Republic’s Red Devils on Sunday in the qualifying round of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.

Raja Casablaca and Vita Club were in the same Group A during the group stage. During the first leg, the two teams played to a 0-0 draw in Casablanca. Vita Club won the return leg 2-0 in Kinshasa.

The second leg will be played on Sunday, December 2, at the Stade des Martyrs in Kinshasa.
