ICC to Hear Arguments Tuesday About the Possible Release of Congo Rebel Leader Lubanga

The International Criminal Court (ICC) will hear arguments Tuesday about the evidence against Thomas Lubanga, the former leader of the Union of Congolese Patriots (UPC) militia from eastern Congo.
